Saturday’s outfit and ring issues

Hellooooo ๐Ÿ™‚
The weekend is over – hope you all had a fabulous one!
It’s been quite the interesting morning for me…. last night my finger starting swelling up so I spent about 3 hours trying to get my new beautiful engagement ring off. It just would not come off. I tried elevating my arm, putting ice on my finger, using soap, using oil, I tried pushing glad wrap in under the ring to pull it off but nothing helped. So I went back to bed waking up like every 10 mins just to make sure my finger was still above my head and wasn’t turning purple. It was a pulsating, throbbing feeling and my finger felt like it wanted to explode. So this morning Rodney my amazing jeweler came by and had to cut it and bend it open so that I could get it off. Now a few hours after – my finger is still swollen but the pressure inside is going away. Will have to make the ring a bit bigger haha. Thats what you get for pushing a ring on your finger!

That’s how sexy my finger looked hahaha. Like a little balloon!

Anyway now that that is over – here is what I wore on saturday when I got proposed to ๐Ÿ˜‰ โค

Didn’t plan on taking any outfit photos so just took a couple with my iPhone.

I โ™ก sundays

Hey lovelies ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you are all doing well!
Sorry it’s been a bit quiet here on the blog for a few days. I’ve had lots to do and have some outfit posts lined up that I will share with you soon ๐Ÿ˜‰
Today has been really lovely. Most sundays are. Lovely. Ryan went surfing in Bluewater Bay and Emilio and I went treasure hunting on the beach. Found some beautiful stones and stuff. Not entirely sure what I will do with them but I have been feeling very creative lately so I want to make something cool with them. The rest of the day have been spent on the couch eating sushi and Ferrero Rocher. My favs.
Even lovelier than today was yesterday โค Ryan and I made a bread board with freshly baked ciabatta, feta cheese, mozzarella, tomato, pesto and balsamic vinegar. We ย shared a couple of bottles of wine and were checking old Disney songs and clips of old cartoons on youtube. A really awesome and relaxing night with my love โค

I hope you have all enjoyed your weekend!

Here are a few photos of thursday’s outfit:

Wearing: Hat from H&M, Chanel sunglasses and bag, pants from Mr.P. (man), Christian Louboutin shoes, Michael Kors watch and blazer from Mr. P.

I actually think the outfit looked way cooler in real life… Not all outfits photograph to well. ๐Ÿ˜
The pants are stolen from Ryan haha I bought them for him but got the wrong size. Since they were too small for him and I couldn’t find the receipt to exchange them I decided to steal them instead ๐Ÿ˜‰

Black and White outfit

Good morning sweeties ๐Ÿ™‚ It is raining here in Port Elizabeth today! So no luck with trying to film Ryan surfing today… The weather just never seems to agree with me filming him. Maybe tomorrow. Got no real plans for today, just taking the day as it comes. Coffee and more coffee to slowly start the day ๐Ÿ˜‰ What are you guys up to this weekend?

Here are the black and white versions of the photos inย yesterday’s postย – what do you think? Do prefer them in black and white or in color?
I love black and white photos โค It makes the images more dramatic somehow. But for a proper outfit post I think color photos are better as you can see all the details and ‘get the fullย picture’ of the outfit ๐Ÿ˜‰
